Pope Francis Build

We are still in need of many volunteers before we begin the Pope Francis Build on September 16th.  The Catholic Diocese, in cooperation with Wichita Habitat for Humanity, will build two houses in honor of Pope Francis.  Wichita is one of several cities across the country that have received a $60,000 donation from an anonymous donor who wanted the construction to take place in the pontiff’s honor.  The additional $100,000 needed for the project will be raised by individuals, families, parishes and organizations throughout the diocese.  The Respect Life Social Justice Office will coordinate the volunteers needed for the build.  To make a donation or volunteer, or if you would like additional information, please call Bonnie Toombs, 316-269-3935, or visit www.CatholicDioceseOfWichita.org.
